Any pt with trauma presenting with hypotension always due to haemorrhage until proved otherwise
"Blood on floor Four are more"
External bleeding-blood on floor
Internal bleeding -four are more
1- haemothorax
2-intraperitoneal
3-pelvic bleeding with retroperitoneal extention
4- leg compartments due to fracture haematomas
Each rib fracture causes 100 ml blood los, Pelvic fracture -1.5 to 2 liters
Femur-around 1 liter
